We’re all about good hair and good vibes – but a smooth salon experience takes a little teamwork.
Here’s everything you need to know about bookings, cancellations, lateness, and salon etiquette. Nothing too serious — just the stuff that helps us give you (and everyone else) the best service possible.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. This allows time to update your profile, change into a gown, and settle in with a refreshment.
Late arrivals may result in shortened services.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations
Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Ongoing Bookings
To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking your next visit before you leave the salon.
New Client Booking & Deposits
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, all new clients booking colour services, are required to leave a deposit. This can be made by credit card or e-transfer to shagcalgary@gmail.com. Your deposit will be applied to your final service total.
