Cancellation Policy

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDUALING 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the deposit. ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. This allows time to update your profile, change into a gown, and settle in with a refreshment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services. NEW CLIENT BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, all new clients booking colour services, are required to leave a deposit. This can be made by credit card or e-transfer to shagcalgary@gmail.com. Your deposit will be applied to your final service total. This applies to: Colour Corrections, Highlights, Custom Blonding, Keratin Treatments, Perms ONGOING BOOKINGS To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking your next visit before you leave the salon.
